Text Offset Editor
Users can use these adjustment arrows to change the text offsets on both X and Y axis.

When the text is aligned to the top, dragging the arrow downward moves the text downward. |

When the text is aligned to the bottom, dragging the arrow downward moves the text upward. |

When the text is aligned to the left. dragging the arrow right moves the text to the right. |
